Hotel Plaza Playa

This was my second time at the hotel after a road trip around the rivera, I was afraid it will be it will be a dissapointment as when I stayed the 1st time, but this time it was different, the staff was very friendly and helpful and I got a room with two beds and a working A/C, I guess it makes a difference if you check in early, you have better opportinity to get a good room.

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, room was clean, shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. Our balcony provided us with extra room to enjoy a snack

Nice hotel. Good price-value ratio. Location is good, only 3 blocks from Quinta Aventida and 10 minute walk from the beach. Tons of restaurants around and you also have 2 mega markets just 1 block away. Staff is very nice and forthcoming. There was problem with air conditioning in room that was first assigned to me but they upgraded me to bigger room for free that had no AC problems.

I was in Rm22. I loved having a balcony, and good wifi - the router is just outside the door, but the ISP failed a few times once for about 12hrs during the day. The staff are great and friendly. I liked that they had hot water available in the lobby. Location is great. It's a ittle pricey, but I'd probably stay again. Btw, the elevator always seems to be unserviceable, I take the stairs anyways. Everything in the room worked but no English channels on TV.

I was expecting something old due to the pictures on the site but it’s actually a very cute / clean and modern hotel. AC/ working great Wifi Balcony Confy bed Location is great because away from the 5th, no noise at night. Located around many nice places to eat.
